Abstract
We report the case of a 19-year-old man, who presented with serous mac ular detachment as first sign of an optic disc pit. Argon laser photoc oagulation of the temporal edge of the disc, associated with gas (C3F8 ) tamponade and face down positioning allowed retinal flattering and i mprovement of vision.
