Abstract
The authors present the case of a cystic lymphangioma in the scrotum, a tumor which usually occurs in the neck, but is rarely observed in th is region. Patient was a 22 year-old man, admitted for fever and a mas s within the scrotum. The tumor was completely resected and no recurre nce has been observed after a 6 month follow-up.
