Abstract
A 54-year-old patient presented with two types of pain. The first was similar to trigeminal neuralgia and the second was similar to cluster headache. Clinical diagnosis was cluster-tic syndrome. Neuro-imaging s tudies disclosed an ectatic basilar artery. The significance of this f inding is difficult to as certain.
