Abstract
This note considers the robustness of sampled-data control systems whe n the open-loop system is modeled by a family of plants having affine or interval uncertainty structure. Using the conic sector approach as adapted to sample-data systems, see Thompson, Stein, and Athans [1], w e give a sufficient condition for robust stability which depends only on edge parameters in the case of affine uncertainty and on vertex par ameters when interval uncertainty is assumed.
