STRESS-FIELDS OF DISORDERED DISLOCATION ARRAYS - FINITE WALLS

The character of long-range stresses of disordered finite dislocation walls is studied. It is shown that near such walls a rather thick exis ts where the fluctuations of the stress predominate over its mean valu e given by the classical expression for disclination dipoles.
