Abstract
Absorption, infrared and Raman spectra of pseudo-halide complex (Bu4N) 3Pr(NCS)6 are reported. The symmetry of Pr(III) ion in this crystal ha s been found recently not to be octahedral in spite of hexacoordinatio n of the metal ion. Following recently reported the crystal structure of that crystal the vibrational analysis was performed.
