Abstract
Efficient gas-liquid chromatography and high-performance liquid chroma tography methods for the separation of endosulphan I and II and its ma jor metabolites have been developed using a glass column packed with 3 % OV-225 and a C-18 reversed-phase column with acetonitrile:water (70: 30 v/v) as mobile phase, respectively.
