Abstract
The Scotia Programming Environment and Facility (SPEFY) is a computer- aided programming environment now being alpha-tested. The objective is to create a comprehensive software development environment, specifica lly for scientific and technical applications, that is UNIX-based and capable of running on a complete range of workstations, workstation cl usters, entry-level and large-scale vector and parallel processors.
