Abstract
A recently proposed magnetooptical method of determination of interfac e mixing was applied to CdTe/CdMnTe superstructures grown by pulsed la ser evaporation and epitaxy. Diffusion length were found almost-equal- to 5 angstrom for a multiple quantum well and > 15 angstrom for a supe rlattice. Ranges of Mn mole fractions and well width values enabling e fficient application of the method were determined.
