Abstract
The photoacoustic spectroscopy with a piezoelectric transducer was emp loyed to determined the quantum efficiency for low Mn concentration in ZnSe monocrystals. The photoacoustic spectra were measured using the continuous wave excitation and nanosecond pulse method.
