J. Havas et al., PREDICTION OF POTENTIOMETRIC EQUILIBRIUM SIGNALS - APPLICATION OF THETECHNIQUE IN THE CASE OF A CARBON-DIOXIDE ELECTRODE, Magyar kemiai folyoirat, 99(9), 1993, pp. 356-360
A measurement technique suitable for the prediction of electroanalytic
al equilibrium signals is described. The technique is based on the eva
luation of asymptotes of the response of the cell and eventually the c
onfidence interval from the signals measured in the so-called informat
ion dominant section of the response. The equilibrium voltage can be e
valuated with great precision by comparing the calculated data with a
predetermined threshold value. The technique was applied for the deter
mination of the equilibrium signal of a carbon dioxide sensor.
