Abstract
The paper under the referenced title [1] presents an example of modeli ng a three-conductor interconnection system and simulating the transie nts with the use of the SPICE program. The paper does not reference so me important publications in the area and leaves an impression that th e problem of simulation of multiple, coupled, lossless transmission li nes has not yet been solved. These comments are written to rectify thi s situation and to inform interested readers of this TRANSACTIONs abou t the actual status of this problem and recent relevant publications.
