Abstract
This article is a summary of a series of evaluation reports of the NRC 's team training approach. The training was observed by independent ev aluators and a variety of outcome evaluation designs have been used fo r different populations.Teams trained by NRC appear to have the most p ositive impact at the junior high level. This trend is also true for p revention results in the entire field. It appears that it is perhaps t oo early to assess behavior among elementary students and too late dev elopmentally to have much effect at the senior high level.
