Abstract
We construct the spectral density in the integral representation for t he gluon-condensate coefficient function up to the two-loop level. Usi ng this representation, we re-estimate the gluon condensate (from char monium-spectroscopy experimental data) and conclude that it is approxi mately twice the one-loop effective value of Ref. 1.
