Abstract
The elastic small-angle e+e- scattering amplitude at high energy is co nsidered. We show that up to the eighth order of the perturbation theo ry there is a generalized eikonal representation for it. As a conseque nce of this fact, we can omit all diagrams with two or more photons in the crossed channel in calculations of radiative corrections to the c ross section of Bhabha scattering with accuracy of order 0.1%.
