Abstract
The paper analyzes the influence of two culture media with different c oncentrations and composition upon the production of enzymatic complex es by two cellulolytic fungi, Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Chaetomi um elatum. After microorganisms, cultivation, the liquid media are sep arated and analyzed through hydrolysis reactions against different sub strates, then compared, the relationship between their values and the considered factors being established. The obtained data attest the imp ortant role of the micronutrients in biosynthesis processes, which is directly reflected in elaborated enzymes activities. At the same time, some transfer effects of the microelements among media, undegraded su bstrata and mycelium have been emphasized.
