We point out that the lower bound on m(t) from the CP violation parame
ter epsilon(K) has increased considerably. Using Wolfenstein parametri
zation of the CKM matrix we derive an analytic expression for this bou
nd as a function of \V(cb)\, \V(ub)/V(cb\ and the non-perturbative par
ameter B(K). For B(K) less-than-or-equal-to 0.80, \V(cb)\ less-than-or
-equal-to 0.040 and \V(ub)/V(cb)\ less-than-or-equal-to 0.10 we find m
(t) > 130 GeV. However, for B(K) less-than-or-equal-to 0.70, \V(cb)\ l
ess-than-or-equal-to 0.038 and \V(ub)/V(cb)\ less-than-or-equal-to 0.0
8 the bound is raised to m(t) > 205 GeV. The lower bound on m(t) from
B0-B0BAR mixing is also reconsidered.
