Abstract
The transformation and transport processes in polycrystalline systems, which lead to a plastic deformation of the material, have been discus sed. Correlations have been derived which relate structural, mechanica l, and transformation parameters to the creep rate. The correlation be tween the creep rates during stretching and compression of the materia l has been determined.
