Abstract
A strategy of surgical treatment for male pattern baldness has been co nceived using a combination of flaps and tissue expansion. This strate gy has been tested on ten cases and the results presented herein. Base d on the early experience guidelines have been formulated which allow reliability and predictability of results, as well as selection of app ropriate patients.
