We report a rare case of scrotal arteriovenous malformation in an adol
escent. Arteriovenous malformation of the scrotum is distinguished rad
iographically and histologically by numerous arterioles and thick wall
ed veins with no intervening capillary bed. The cardinal sign is a bru
it. Complete excision is recommended as definitive treatment. Preopera
tive angio-embolization may be helpful but it should not be relied upo
n for clinical resolution.
