Abstract
We describe a case of synchronous primary lung cancer presenting with small cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, in which expression of the ce ll surface antigens and also tumor markers were evaluated immunohistol ogically. A review of the literature concerning synchronous or metachr onous primary lung cancers is also presented.
