Abstract
The output power from coupled Josephson oscillators is investigated wh en the junctions are operated in their single fluxon mode. We demonstr ate that both inductive and capacitive coupling mechanisms can give ri se to hyperradiance when the power is coupled out through a boundary r esistor. Analytical expressions are derived from adiabatic perturbatio n theory and excellent agreement is found between the analytical expre ssion and numerical simulations.
