Abstract
Reductive coupling of propargylic bromides with tributylstannyl chlori de was performed in a regioselective manner by the aid of magnesium me tal and a catalytic amount of lead(II) bromide in THF, affording allen yltributylstannanes. In a similar manner, allyl-, vinyl-, and aryl-tri butylstannanes were prepared from the corresponding halides.
