Abstract
Amino chloro stannylenes have been prepared in situ using two differen t procedures: (1) reaction of an amine hydrochloride with Sn[N(TMS)2]2 ; and (2) reaction of a tin(II) amide with tin(II) chloride. These rea gents are useful for the conversion of primary, alpha,beta-unsaturated , or aromatic esters to amides.
