COLLOID-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION OF NONAQUEOUS SOLUTIONS OF ALIPHATIC-AMINES IN SALT MEDIA

The authors investigated the physicochemical properties of solutions o f aliphatic amines in lipids of a protolytic nature. It was establishe d that the high degree of dispersion of amines and ionization of their molecules in polar organic solvents results in their resistance to th e salting-out action of electrolytes and promotes formation of a dense adsorption film on the surface of salt minerals with low equilibrium concentrations in the solution, thus providing for high collecting ann anticaking action of amines in the process of producing potassium fer tilizers by the flotation method.
