PANCREATIC LOCALIZATION OF A CASTLEMANS TUMOR

Castleman's tumour is a rare anatomo-clinical entity. Most cases of Ca stleman's tumour occur in the mediastinum. The histopathology demonstr ates benign angiofollicular lymphnode hyperplasia. The pancreatic loca lization is uncommon and has only been reported once. We describe a ne w case with literature review.
