Abstract
Injection of two electromagnetic waves into an active quasiwaveguide l ayer is investigated. Bistable switching of direction of radiation emi tted by the layer is shown to be feasible. A multistable dependence of output intensities on input signal is studied. The self-locking effec t is observed.
