Grounded in the large number of studies about ongoing occupational tra
ining, an analysis is made of how new forms of occupational training f
it into a strategy for reorganizing work and changing the management o
f employment. Attention is drawn to the links between firms and the Mi
nistry of National Education and to the quest for training programs th
at are better adapted to company strategies. These aspects are analyze
d with regard to interests, practices and the linkage between know-how
and the organization of work.
