Silicon solar cells with the conversion efficiency of 1896 under the c
ondition of AM0(Air Mass 0)have been developed. The combination of thr
ee types of non-reflective surface(normal pyramid, inverted pyramid an
d v-groove)to increase photo-current and the localized back surface fi
eld to reduce the carrier recombination has been studied. By this stru
cture new solar cells have given 22.4% higher electrical output than t
he conventional solar cells. These solar cells also have the improved
back surface reflectors which reduce the absorption of infrared lights
and prevent from increasing the operating temperature, showing superi
or electrical performance and radiation resistivity than the conventio
nal ones.
