Abstract
A novel CARM cscillator with axisymmetrical quasi-optical cavity of ob lique rotation at arbitrary angle (AQCORAA) is studied using the kinet ic theory. By means of the method of local field expansion in the coor dinates of the guiding centre and the Laplace transform, the beam-wave interaction power, starting current density and frequency shift are d erived. The formulas presented here may have some potential applicatio ns for more further studies of the CARM oscillator with AQCORAA.
