Abstract
In this paper two-frequency radiospectrometer is described: frequency of ESR is ne (120 GHz - 150 GHz); frequency of the nuclear magnetic re sonance (NMR) is n(n) =(180 MHz - 200 MHz). Radiospectrometer is opera tes in the temperature band T=(4.2 K 1.7 R) and in the magnetic field band H=5 T.
