Abstract
Synthesis and squalene synthetase inhibitory activity of tripotassium -N-farnesyl)aminoethylphosphinato]ethylphosphonate (2) as a tethered a nalog of N-benzyl-N-farnesylamine(1)-PPi ion pair, using phosphinato(d imethylmethyl)phosphonate as a PPi mimic, is described.
