Abstract
Ante-mortem diagnosis of vesical toxoplasmosis in a patient with acqui red immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), was made by cystoscopic examinat ion and biopsy of the bladder. Vesical biopsies can be helpful in dete rmining appropriate therapy for AIDS patients with urinary tract invol vement/disease.
