Abstract
A small number of patients with the phenotypic features of Noonan synd rome have also developed giant cell lesions of the jaws similar to tho se seen in cherubism, This case report describes an individual with th e features of the recently described Noonan-like/multiple giant cell l esion syndrome. Previously reported cases and issues relative to diagn osis and management are considered.
