Abstract
Arteriovenous fistula between common iliac vessels and secondary to tr aumatic iliac aneurysm is extremely rare after laminectomy. Such a cas e was encountered by the author two years after a difficult laminectom y. Repair of the fistula, excision of the aneurysm, and vascular recon struction were successfully performed.
