Abstract
Mathematical description is suggested for the structure of electrodepo sited metals on natural and foreign bases taking account of deposition rate. A block diagram of the algorithm is provided for calculating th e probability of combined deposition of two- and three-dimensional str uctures. Model relationships are studied with different calculation re gimes of the electrodeposition process.
