Abstract
The performances of the resistive plate chambers recently installed in the telescope MINI are studied in a long run period. Results on the e fficiency and the trigger capability are given. The level of homogenei ty in the behaviour of different chambers is also investigated. The ti me resolution of the chambers has been carefully studied and a new cal ibration procedure is described, which enables the features of the det ector to be fully exploited.
