Abstract
Primary angiosarcomas of the uterus are exceedingly rare. The authors report a unique case of this entity arising in connection with uterine leiomyomas. The malignant tumor cells showed focally epithelioid feat ures and were immunoreactive for keratin. Electron microscopy and immu nohistochemistry confirmed their endothelial nature.
