Abstract
We describe 2 brothers with cardiomyopathy and hypergonadotropic hypog onadism and conclude that this is the first description of the Najjar syndrome in the United States. The inheritance may be autosomal recess ive. (C) 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
