Abstract
The use of massive arrays of integrated optic intensity modulators is investigated for the purpose of transducing electrical charge to photo ns for transmission and further processing in the Superconducting Supe r-Collider. This involved the design of modulator arrays and packaging approaches that are scalable to the large quantities (millions) that are required for this application. A prototype was fabricated and eval uated.
