Abstract
Clinical and histologic features of seasonal flank alopecia in 12 Aire dale Terriers and 12 Boxers were reviewed. Most of the affected dogs w ere sprayed females; however, sexually intact females as well as sexua lly intact and neutered male dogs with the disease were identified. Me an (+/-SD) age of onset was 3.6 +/- 2.4 years.
