PREPARATION OF HYDROPHILIC BENZHYDRYLAMIN E RESIN AND ITS APPLICATIONIN SOLID-PHASE PEPTIDE-SYNTHESIS

Polyacrylamide resin containing easter groups was prepared with revers e phase suspension copolymerization, onto which the benzhydrylamine gr oups was introduced by ethylene diamine substitution and two steps of condensation reactions. The influence of reaction conditions was studi ed. With the use of the prepared support, a model peptide was synthesi zed. Condensation yields in the peptide synthesis were measured. The y ields and purity of the peptide were satisfactory.
