Abstract
This paper reviews our recent atom probe studies of nanostructured mag netic materials such as nanocrystalline iron based soft magnetic mater ials (Fe-Si-B-Nb-Cu and Fe-Ta-C) for recording head applications and C o-Cr thin films for recording media applications.
