Right atrial thrombosis (RAT) is infrequently diagnosed in children wi
th cancer. Once RAT is documented, medical fibrinolysis or surgical th
rombectomy is recommended. A RAT was documented in a child with lympho
ma and was successfully lysed with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen
activator. The case is presented and therapeutic options reviewed. (C
