Abstract
Preparation of spherical bead form of galactomannan (guaran) gel has b een carried out by inverse suspension polymerization (cross-linking) o f low viscosity (depolymerized) guaran. It has been shown that the per formance of the bead form of the guaran gel as a chromatographic media is far better compared to the irregular cross-linked material used in earlier studies.
