Abstract
The new method of desulfurization of the natural active carbon Carbopo l W produced by Zaklady Przemyslu Drzewnego in Hajnowka (Poland) has b een described. The deep desulfurization of active carbon is possible b y heating of the sample in atmosphere of hydrogen at 873 K and boiling with diluted hydrochloric acid. 95% degree of desulfurization has bee n reached.
