Abstract
The asymmetric hydroboration of aldehyde enamines with (d)Ipc2BH at 0- degrees-C, followed by oxidation with NaOH(s)/H2O2, yields the corresp onding beta-amino alcohols in good yields and high enantiomeric excess .
