Abstract
The medical confidentiality is an ethical and juridic necessity. The p sychiatric hospitalization modalities reform law and the biomedical re chearches <<Huriet>> law raise some questions. Administrative controls , rechearch quality controls and informed consent obtaining lead to a scattering of medical confidentiality. This ethical drift may lead in the future to the medical exercise.
