Abstract
We describe 3 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) associated w ith anti-Scl-70 antibody. Common symptoms were central nervous system disorder, discoid rash, lymphadenopathy, and no renal disorder. Two of 3 cases showed some symptoms of scleroderma but could not be diagnose d as such. Although further followup is required to determine if scler oderma develops, these unique symptoms might be a subtype of SLE or a lupus-like syndrome characterized by symptoms and anti-Scl-70 antibody .
