Abstract
We report a case of spontaneous coronary dissection occurring in a mid dle aged male which was treated with thrombolytic therapy and directio nal coronary atherectomy. This technique provides a new option for tre ating this entity in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. (c) 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
